description: This unusual vehicle was built in Ford's export factory, in Canada, and sent out to Australia as a rolling chassis, where it was bodied as a Fire Engine for the Queensland Fire Brigade, and used in a little township called Caboolture until 1940. It was found many years later, in 1996, in a poor condition, and was lovingly restored and used to give children's rides and for advertising. It was finally exported to the UK, and we bought it thereafter, registering it for road use in 2008. |
